1) LADD assumes no responsibility for any kind of misconduct and potentially detrimental behavior of our students including but not limited to:

- Abuse of alcohol

- Abuse of drugs

- Driving without a license

- Break into private residences

- Being in possession of weapons

- Bring any kind of harm to others

2) If a student is asked to leave the program for a violation of the rules of the program mentioned above, he or she is not eligible for any refunds.

3) The student recognizes that LADD is released from any claims for damages, including legal fees, that may be requested by third parties as a result of the conduct of the same student who violates the laws of California.

The student acknowledges and accepts that LADD will not be 'in no way responsible for any damages of any kind and nature, direct and indirect.

4) The fee to LADD workshops will not be in any way refundable.

5) The payment of the workshop must be made in U.S. dollars through bank wire.

6) If a student withdraws from a program for any reason prior to departure, the refund will be calculated with the following schedule:

SUMMER PROGRAM

Before May 15, 2013, all but $250 is refundable

Before May 30, 2013, all but $750 is refundable

Before June 30, 2013, all but $1,500 is refundable

On or after June 30, 2013, the fee is 100% non-refundable.

7) LADD reserves the right to change the location of the workshop (of course in the Los Angeles), hotels, travel itineraries and other details of the program and only in the interest of our students.

8) LADD does not assume responsibility if the student does not attend the classes in which photographs can be made, decisions about the choreography, the music video or whatever else may happen. The student then takes full responsibility to keep track of any changes LADD decides to do.

9) The student is full responsible regarding the request of his passport and ESTA request to enter the United States. LADD doesn’t assume any responsibility if requests for these documents (in Italy) were not made in time before departure.

10) The student’s information provided with the registration or subsequently, and other student's personal information, are protected by privacy laws.

11) The student takes responsibility that the information provided in LADD are real and truthful information.

12) The student recognizes that LADD is released from any claim that the student may have before, during, or after LADD workshops or any other claim.

13) LADD assumes no responsibility if the student decides to take decisions that are not covered by our organization.

14) If the student decides not to take part in some lessons or any kind of decision concerning the removal from lessons or program must be communicated to our organization.

15) The student has the responsibility to have all the information and contacts that LADD will provide.

16) The student is required to give notice to LADD on their flight information and as soon as they have them.

17) Photographs and Videos (including professional photos) to which the student will take part in the workshop, will be available to LADD to use them to advertise the same program. If the student wants the exclusive use photographs or video material, an additional fee for the exclusivity will apply.

18) LADD as an organization assumes no responsibility for the technical choices of the choreographer for the video. The music video IS NOT TO ADDRESS TO A PURELY PERSONAL USE BUT IS A PROJECT GROUP CHOREOGRAPHY. Therefore the technical choices are made based on the capacities of the dancers and all those choices that will be needed to create a good final result.

19) Our list of teachers does not necessarily involve the participation of all.

20) The days of video footage, students will be available to the video production and the choreographer. Therefore schedules and choices must be respected and accepted. There may be long waiting times or unexpected changes on the set. Or they may come not turn scenes that were previously decided. Directing a music video it’s a creative process and as such may change.

21) If a student does not wish to take part in the music video it should be communicated before leaving for Los Angeles.

22) There will most likely be a change of teachers and changes in schedules at the last minute. We reserve the right to make changes and the choice of other teachers in place, the success of the program.

23) For use of photos and video footage participants should always be ask permission of LADD. Photos and video may not be published on the web without prior approval of our organization or the teachers.
